„What a wonderful and perfect little house for a quick getaway. Very clean and nicely decorated with tastefully upgraded bathroom and kitchen area. The owner Brent was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend this adorable little home. Great location as The Maritime Museum is just down the street and was such a nice surprise to visit. The grounds were beautiful. We also enjoyed the Deltaville Tap and Raw Bar also just down the street.“

„We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!“

„Bayside Oasis is an Oasis by the Bay! The property delivers everything the owners promised. It’s a great place for family vacations, as well as a group of friends getting together for relaxation and fun on the water. „The property was clean and comfortable. The deer playing in the field across the road was a nice sight sipping morning coffee.“

A short drive or walk for some really good eateries or some beautiful waterfront views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any and everyone. Definitely 5stars.“

„Beautiful property. Owner responded very quickly to questions and resolved problem quickly. Seems pricey. We enjoyed our time there. Very quiet.“

„Clean house, comfy“

„I have to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the house. I realize that it is a very large house, but all the same, it should have been cleaned and maintained better for a short-term rental. The owner only supplied one old bath towel and one cheap new wash clothe per guest. No hand towels were initially provided. I contacted the owner and she had towel sent very quickly. The rugs did not look vacuumed, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the shower curtains were mildewed, and ...
