No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Please leave all keys at the property upon checkout. A $200 replacement fee will be charged for any keys that are removed, lost, or not returned.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted only if they have been disclosed in advance and the required pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up after your pet.

Boat Launch
A boat launch at the dock is available for a $10 fee. Please note that tying boats to the dock is not permitted.

Accessibility
This is a single-story home with three steps required to enter.

Firewood
Firewood is not provided. Guests should bring their own firewood for use in the fire pit and stove.

Entertainment & Connectivity
There is no cable service at the home, making it a great option for unplugged relaxation.

Key
Please return the key to the lockbox before checking out. Failure to do so will result in additional fees.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
