« We had a wonderful stay at the Misty Mermaid- it was beautiful and clean…lots of space and all we needed. Short walk to the beach and great views from the multiple balconies. We would definitely stay again! Also great communication with owner! »

« Wow… Mother Nature was not on our side (great winds, huge waves, not much heat/sun), but the house was perfect in every way. Quiet neighborhood, close enough from everything but not too close… Help from owner for an auto repair, answers quickly to any enquiry. Seriously impressed! Not my first rental, but it’s on top of my « go back to » list!!! »

« We enjoyed our stay. Cristina was a wonderful host and we really appreciated her excellent communication and how well she accomodated our group. The house was absolutely adorable and very comfortable. We also loved how close it was to the beach - just a short 7-min walk! The fact that the bech felt so private was a real bonus. »

« The property was beautiful and relaxing. There was access to anything we needed. The elevator was perfect for supporting our needs. The grand kids loved both the ocean and the pool. This was a perfect getaway! »

« The place was great! Fit our party of 9 adults, 3 kids, 3 babies, and a dog comfortably! The kids/babies stayed safe upstairs in a very spacious open concept, and on the freshly stained decks with the use of some baby gates. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. convenient location within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Beachfront views were absolutely stunning! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Pool and hot tub were...

« Very quit, convenient neighborhood. Across the dunes to the beach and a few minutes drive from the Salvo Day use area, which is great for kids!House was stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils! Highly recommended »

« We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400...

« This was our first family trip since my siblings and I have had kids. Our parents and one grandparent were able to come so we had 4 generations in one house which was super special. The house exceeded our expectations. I’m OCD about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised with how neat and clean it was. Vino is very easy to communicate with. We hope to be back very soon! »

« Had a great stay. The place is tucked back off the road and surrounded by trees and bushes. It feel very private. Deck, crows nest, and screened in area were a super bonus. Loved the short easy walk to the beach. The host was fantastic and communication was a breeze. Would recommend this place to anyone. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small issues day 1 that maintenance responded to immediately. They were quick and friendly. The house it's self had a good layout and decent bedding. The water was hot for the shower so that was great. Water pressure was decent. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. »

« Beautiful home with plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers was very helpful. The pool was nice and has lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Nice views of the sound and not far from the beach. »
