« Have been wanting to stay here for years and it was well worth the wait. We were welcomed by Christina who made us feel at home and showed us to our room (Ward's Stone) which was immaculate, spacious and has a large bathroom with rainfall shower. The pub was busy (it's obviously popular with locals, a good sign) but there's lots of places to sit so that wasn't a problem. We had a few drinks and had supper that evening. « Just enjoyed an excellent 2 night stay at The Royal. Booked on recommendations from friends. Set right in the middle of KL, so fantastic location. No carpark, but we had no trouble parking as the general car parks to the front and rear of the hotel and ampld places to park overnight around the hotel. We did have to be mindful of moving the car throughout the day, due to timecrestrictions on car parks and our visit was off peak in January. « As pub stays go this was very good, comfortable room, nice bar and very good breakfast. Easy to park in local public car park, ticked all the boxes for me. »

« La chambre qui nous était allouée était propre mais le linge de lit était usé jusqu'à la corde, le dessus de lit sale. Les toilettes et la douche étaient à part sur le palier et quand vous entriez cela sentait l'urine, bref horrible. »
