„Booked it as we were in the middle of a heatwave, Advertised with Air conditioning, Blatant lie sadly. it doesn't exist. 'We cant issue a refund' Need to speak to OVO. OVO have no clue what they're doing, money lost, lesson learnt. Moved to next hotel same night.“

We had dinner in the pub and the staff were great and so was the food/ drink. Had very good night sleep and then a really good quality breakfast the next morning. Will happily stay again in future.“
