« The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had...

« Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" »

« My wife and I absolutely loved this trip! From the communication to having one of the cleanest, most well kept property we’ve ever stayed in, this deserves 10 stars!!!!!! Cannot wait to return! »
