« My family loved our visit to the Highlands Castle! The owners John and Yvonne gave us a tour of their castle and the history behind it which made it even more special. There are several choices of castles to stay in and we chose the gatehouse which is a very private castle nestled in the woods. « Absolutely massive and very lovely. It was a perfect spot of our stay-cation. Our family really enjoyed the theater and pool. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating with any inquires regarding anything with our stay. We had a very small group of people, but this location would be perfect for family reunions or larger sized groups looking to split the bill for a stay close to the lake. Please be advised to drive in slow, because they have deer in the area, which was pretty cool...

« We really enjoy our stay. Karen was really helpful getting us settled in and if we needed anything she was there. The kitchen was adequately stocked. We loved the big fenced in back yard.
