„I cant express how amazing this property is! This resort is absolutely beautiful!! The interior decor of the hotel is designed perfectly. The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch! I highly recommend a stay at this property, it was really amazing!“

„Lovely and large room with king bed and a fire place. Ensuite was also large. They also put hot water bottles in our bed at turn down - such a lovely gesture. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Food good and fresh too. We also saw a Golden Monkey there too. Nb. Worth noting that the laundry service doesn’t include ironing/pressing.“

„Lage sehr gut, Zimmer ok, Bad mit Oberfenster zum Flur (!) und etwas miefig; Frühstück furchtbar - das schlechteste in Ruanda, Pool im vergleich zu Serena zwar größer aber nicht ganz so sauber, und nur 2 Liegen für das ganze Hotel!! (Serena - 12-15 Liegen am Pool und nochmal ca. 20 oder mehr am Hoteleigenen Strand). Sehr schlechte Information im Hotel über mögliche Aktivitäten, Touren etc. aber nettes, bemühtes Personal. “
