Very Nice, Very Clean, Very New!
This rental is a very new, very nice, very clean, 3 level town home style unit with very high ceilings in a new construction quad-plex located in a residential neighborhood. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room, and it has a garage too. There are decks with wall-to-wall windows and sliding doors on the front of the building. These decks are off the living area and the master bedroom and are a great sitting / relaxing area when itâs not freezing / snowing like it was when we were there.Casual word of warning to those with mobility concerns. From the ground level where the only entry and one bedroom with bathroom are, there are about 17 stairs to the main level where the kitchen & living area are and another 18 or so stairs to the top level where another bedroom & bathroom, master bedroom & bathroom, and a landing area with trundle bed. The stairways are a perfect width with handrails but would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. The entire unit was impeccably clean and nicely appointed. The location was good but not particularly special. The listing photos are spot on. The management was very helpful, quick to communicate, and easy to deal with.The only negative for us was a lack of hot water in the evenings. There was only enough warm to very warm water for two modest length showers in the evening before the water went lukewarm to cold.We had a very good experience - very pleased.
