« Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

« Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind. The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. We didn't drive but there appeared to be adequate parking in the underground garage. The property felt safe. The housekeeping needs supervison. Room windows needed attention, tub had hair. Smoking is allowed on the...

« Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere »

« On arrival reception not manned, Finding carpark space was difficult Basement carpark Lifts incorrectly marked Room not clean, crumbs on floor, marks on glass tables Pool was good, location was good. Administration not good, took 1 month to get pre authorised deposit refunded, as property did not clear pending amount. »

« Quaint and characterful. Did not have facilities as described (ie no functioning wifi and brig your own coffee) the word "boutique" is doing a lot of heavy lifting but its cute, cosy and the birds that visit are wonderful. Must like owls! »

« Excellent Apartment/Hotel, staff were great and helpful and the it was well located. Only issue was a couple of times I had trouble entering the hotel after hours as the entrance wouldn’t open, but the staff were very reactive and sort it out for me. I will definitely stay again. Thanks »

« The sign is not visible at night. The light in the property drivewayv is poor. The heating anf fridge are noisy. »

« This is a good place for independent travellers. Staff are not readily available and there are is no on site cafe / catering or food service available to casual guests. Setting is nice, lots of parking and quiet »

« Staff so friendly and welcoming always ready to assist and help. Was pleasantly surprised by the double bedroom so massive and spacious. Loved the vibe of the hotel very clean and neat decor was so shick and modern. Highly recommended and over the road was the best shopping mall and down the road the Dandenong Markets - a must . Will be back at the Holiday Inn trusted brand indeed. »
