Incredible views and location. Nice walks to the beaches, the pool was a family fav. Loved the sunsets and watching as we cooked in the kitchen and sat on the lanai for all meals. The condo is well appointed with everything you will need during your stay and more. Beds were super comfortable, as was furniture. Lanai has so much seating, and is a great place to spend time enjoying the amazing views, and see whales during their season. Vangie was very communicative, and was so helpful guiding us in terms of activites, and restaurants. Loved every minute of the trip and would definitely stay in this condo again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this condo in Poipu! The location is phenomenal—within walking distance to the resort next door and just a short walk or quick drive to Poipu Beach. Golf is nearby, plus some great little shops that my daughter loved.We had an amazing time doing so many activities—mountain tubing, kayaking, hiking up to the waterfall, and plenty of beach days where the kids boogie boarded and took surf lessons. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!The condo itself is fantastic. The view is absolutely breathtaking—you truly can’t beat it. The accommodations are beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything felt well cared for and welcoming.The owner was outstanding. I had a small question about the cable, and they responded immediately and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working perfectly. That level of care really stood out.We would stay here again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend this condo enough. Yes, it’s on the third floor—but trust me, the view is 100% worth it. An absolutely wonderful place to stay!

This was a perfect condo for 2 couples traveling together with the 2 king rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The furnishings were high end and comfortable with plenty of room to hang out together whether it was the living room or the beautiful lanai with ocean and Mountain View’s. The host was quick to respond with any questions and gave great information about the area and places to see or eat at during our stay. The kitchen is well stock for cooking/entertaining and the appliances were all clean and working including the dishwasher and front load washer and drier. It is walkable distance to Poipu Beach were we rented snorkeling gear for 2 days. Even with the extremely windy conditions we saw a huge variety of fish and the amazing sea turtles. Is also easy walk to both the Hyatt and the Hilton. The only downside it is third floor with no elevator for anyone with limitations but allows for the amazing views. Would highly recommend this location for a trip to Kauai.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! The location was perfect, the view was incredible, the host was communicative and accommodating… our family of 5 (kids are 8, 6, 2) LOVED it. It was the perfect space for our family. There were beach chairs and beach toys and pool toys galore! We spent one evening at the Poipu Kai pool/jacuzzi and one day at the pool that can be seen from the condo’s lanai - both were awesome and not crowded at all! The walking path near the condo was a dream. The literal only downside was carrying luggage up to the third floor, but that’s what gives you the best view!! Everything else was absolutely perfect and it would be a dream to stay here again.

Stunning sunrise views from every window and lanai - watched an amazing sunrise every morning overlooking Shipwreck beach and point! Excellent location with easy walk to Shipwreck beach and 15min walk to Poipu beach to snorkel every morning and then return in the evening to watch the turtles come up at sunset! Condo was clean was spacious and fit our family of 5 easily, had everything we needed and more. The large lanai overlooks the pool and it’s lovely to relax there any time of day. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great location and nice view. Well maintained property. Windows and latches need replacing which we understand is happening very soon. Very well stocked kitchen which we really appreciated. The A/C doesn’t work that well but we were only too hot one night. The fans mostly take care of it.

Beautiful Unit

The entire property was beautiful with gardens and pool and view of the ocean. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, it was comfortably large for 6 we had 4 adults and 2 kids. It was stocked with everything you can need, such a convenience to have umbrellas chairs boogie boards and coolers. We spent most of our time on the large lanai enjoying the view during the day and the moon rise at night! It’s walking distance to the Hyatt and Hilton and a short drive over to the turtles on Poipu and Brenneckies for a great dinner. Our host was wonderful and had very good recommendations for where to eat and play. You won’t be disappointed.One of my best vacations!

Perfect Location

This condo had everything we needed. It was perfectly located near lots of things to see and do. Our favorite thing to do was just sit and take in the ocean breezes and enjoy the wonderful views on the huge lanai. Vangie was wonderful, one of the most helpful hosts and extremely communicative. We had never been to Kaua’i before and she went out of her way to recommend places to eat, fun things not to miss etc and her recommendations were spot on. The only thing I do wish is that there was an elevator, my knees took a beating going up and down 3 flights of stairs. But other than that, this place is a gem!

Amazing stay

My husband and our two kids stayed here and it was amazing. We are pretty picky and the property had absolutely everything and the location couldn’t be beat. The property had all of the beach essentials you could need, very comfortable beds, and soft and fluffy towels. The property owner was incredibly responsive and reached out to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone!
