The unit is 5 stars, very nice furnishings, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, they even provide beach chairs and bogey boards for the guests. Special thanks to the owners for being excellent hosts!We were disappointed by the property management. We specifically chose a place with a hot tub, because we know that the weather can be unstable in December (it wasn't very warm and rained every day) and my kids won't go in the water if it's too cold. The hot tub was out of order for our whole stay (and had been already for more than a week), we consequently never used the pool which we usually do every day when in Hawaii, They also didn't give us a second parking pass (we reserved for 8 people, so obviously needed a second pass), when we called them about it, they told us that we needed to pick it up at their office. They sent us the wrong address and we spent an hour searching for the place, not exactly how we wanted to start our vacation. The communication was strange, most of the time we would just get automatic messages when we sent a request. Overall, we felt that we didn't get our money's worth because we could have stayed at a cheaper place with no pool and hot tub. They never responded to our request for a partial refund.
