Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Essen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Das Zimmer mit privatem Pool ist eine tolle kleine Oase zum entspannen. Mir hat auch die Massage im Spa (expert: inna.) hervorragend gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Overall great experience, the hotel is amazing, breakfast is really good. Just few details not to give only 5 stars reviews. The SPA had issues when we wanted to use it, the extra activities prices are crazy … but overall the personal is really kind and welcome, food and beverages are amazing, hotel rooms great and comfy!

I really wanted to love the place as it was on my list of design hotels I wanted to visit. Maybe a few years ago it was great, however now the place needs serious maintenance and staff training. We asked for another room as we booked a private pool suite and wanted to enjoy it, however we had a loud airconditioning unit in front of our room after checking in multiple times they offered us another room which was actually a downgrade as it was even more rundown and you could still hear the airconditioning unit. This seems to be a common issue as the architecture didn’t consider the noise pollution. Besides that the staff tries, but the language barrier is tough and everything they say is very scripted and not genuine. Every day they try to sell you on a dinner or spa experience that gets old pretty fast especially because the food& drinks were very disappointing considering the price.
