Efi Studios Old Stone Barn House | Walk to Beach | 1-4 Guests

Welcome to Efi Studios Stone Barn House, a beautifully renovated traditional stone home, restored with care and love by three generations of our family.
This is one of the few authentic stone buildings in Kardamaina, constructed using local stone, sand, and lime, reflecting the island’s traditional architecture. What was once a simple agricultural building has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm and comfortable holiday home, while preserving its original character.
The house is 44 sq.m. and features a private bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm), along with an open-plan kitchen and living area equipped with a large double sofa bed (150x200 cm), accommodating up to 4 guests. Please note that a baby cot is not provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped, while the spacious bathroom includes all essential amenities, a shower, and a washing machine, offering added convenience for longer stays.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large courtyard with two spacious outdoor dining tables — perfect for relaxing, enjoying your coffee, or unwinding after a day at the beach.
Natural materials such as stone and wood create a calm and authentic atmosphere, while modern comforts ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The house is located in a quiet area of Kardamaina, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. It is also an ideal base for exploring the island of Kos and nearby islands such as Nisyros and Kalymnos.
