Positives: Beautiful property, well-maintained rooms, and friendly staff. However, our overall experience had significant drawbacks:
Staff lacked proper customer service training, resulting in long check-in/check-out delays due to understaffing and disorganization.
Shuttle services were limited, requiring advance appointments with uncertain seat availability, leading to potential delays. If you end up getting a seat on the shuttle, it will likely be late since they have 1 shuttle leaving the resort to drop off and returning to pick up others.
Mediocre food and unattended buffet dishes in the main restaurant due to staff socializing with each other instead of proactively refilling dishes and making sure coffee machines work.
Housekeeping services seems to have started late in the day, causing delays and inconvenience, with guests leaving used items outside their rooms for extended periods.
Overall, we wouldn't recommend staying here. The services provided do not justify their costs. We had to arrange our own transportation during our stay because the staff seemed unreliable, and even allocated an extra 30 minutes before check-out at the front desk to allow the staff to get everything together and check us out the room so we could make it to our flight back on time.
