„Good furniture and it was really clean, I felt comfy as a european. Unfortunately on our second day the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working. The staff said they can’t do nothing but wait. At night time it still didn’t work. I asked for them to get it fixed, since I’m european and Wi-Fi is the only possibility for me to contact others. „Excellent emplacement, tranquille.“

„There was a big cockroach in my room.“

„Okay hotel but in a very noisy and crowded area.“

„No receptionist, equipment (tv) not working for over 24hours,.2 blackouts of at least 1h each that night. Advised manager about these upon checking out.“

„Owne is very nice and accommodating. We were upgraded as we were hesitating to stay. Internet is very weak but they’re working on improving everything. Not easy in an isolated area to get staff. But all in all we were happy there“

„Absolutely a go area, staff is completely unhelpful and unwelcoming. Same breakfast everyday, broken equipment, we got stocked in the elevator for about 15 minutes. You have to beg for toiletries. Bathroom drains into bedroom. We changed rooms twice but found out that all the rooms have the same problems. Please if you want to have a good vacation avoid this tarted place. I think it's run by family members so zero accountability.“
