« My stay was Wednesday to Sunday. They failed to service the room, even after I asked. Staff was kind but failed to meet requests. I had to go to the desk for tissue and toilet paper. The pool area was under construction. It was isolated but un appealing. »

« While we slept decent, enjoyed the pool/hot tub area, and appreciated the continental breakfast I would not return based on how I was treated by staff. Check in process was miserable. Front desk staff rude. Shortly after settling into our room someone from the front desk called and said the manager was saying we were hosting a birthday party in our room. Expressed it was just myself and my 4 children like mentioned when I checked in. Argued with me about this non existing party. Took me inviting...

« The room was clean, the staff was always courteous and kind. They offered free breakfast, which was good, and water bottles. We enjoyed our stay, we would have liked for the pool and exercise center to be open. »

« The first night of our stay the ac would not turn on. We arrived late and decided to wait until the next day to let the desk know. When we told them about the issue, they were amazing. They came up right away to take a look. Within 20 minutes they had an entire new unit installed and running for us. The female manager also came up to the room with the male maitenancr worker to make us feel comfortable as it was a group of young women staying in the room. »

« Stayed for a visit to ISU. While the hotel room appeared clean. There was weird green specs of something all over the sheets. The beds were on the harder side. For breakfast the juice wasn't working so nothing to drink besides coffee. Overall fine stay for overnight. »

« I stayed to attend an event at the the university nearby. The room was very nice and clean, and staff were very helpful during my stay. Very basic options for breakfast, but I knew that when I booked. »
