Most importantly, Kenny’s welcome and ongoing service was wonderful. He responded quickly to every communication, and even replaced the old TV while we were there!!
The 2 bedroom apartment itself was spacious, clean, had a nice little workspace in one of the bedrooms, really comfortable beds, the air conditioning and washer/dryer work really well, there are basic cooking supplies, and even umbrellas ate thoughtfully provided. The location in KLCC is fabulous. On the down side, the furnishing is well-worn and shows it: the sectional couch cannot be attached into its intended L-shaped configuration because the cushion supports are broken; the IKEA type shelving elements are incomplete (perhaps some drawers just wore out); the second bathroom’s toilet roll holder is missing, and the walls where they meet the floor are pretty banged up. Strangely, the plugs in the kitchen are located such that it’s impossible to plug in the kettle (a power bar would have to span the sink) - we made our coffee in the bedroom each morning. None of those things were critical during a short stay, but they did affect being able to give a 10/10 rating.
We said several times during our stay that with just a little TLC it could be a really spectacular space. Fresh paint, a bit of wall decor, things like the sectional couch repaired or replaced, and crisply ironed linens would make it 5 star stay, to match Kenny’s 5 star service.
It was certainly decent value for the money
