1) No direction on on how to operate water heater, TV (not simple turning on/ off), etc. I didn’t know we had to turn on a switch for hot water so showered in cold water the first night.
2) Residence penny pinching and provided only 1 towel per guest, with no change of towel after the 3rd day only, and only reluctantly provided an extra towel since we wanted to use the swimming pool
3) When asked to speak to a Manager the staffs only replied that their residence was not a hotel so room service/ extra amenities like towels are not provided without following up on complaint.
4) Room is not clean-especially the kitchen wares/ knives were not even washed properly. There were also ants everywhere-not a colony of them but clearly visible from the dining table, around the kitchen and washroom.
5) At check out time, Rita the security Manager of the Residence even refused baggage storage saying it did not have room for them, even when its staff had previously agreed to several hours of storage time the night before check out. At the end Rita only reluctantly agreed to storage for 3 hours.
6) The Residence had the audacity to request for a 10 stars review at hotels.com in order for a 15% discount for next booking if booked directly.
