Basic but acceptable hotel within range of the Kulim Hi-tech industrial park. It lacks a cafe / dining resources, but has eateries / street side burger stand outside. No decent breakfast in the area for business travelers needing a bite before heading to work.

I like the location and the general area. A bit disappointed this time around (i am a regular patron there), as there were ants in the room and on the bed. Bedding and towel also had a musky odor/smell, very unpleasant. I think it wasn't changed after the last customer.

For the price we paid it was great and had what we needed. It felt pretty safe as the hotel has it's own compound. The staff were friendly and there is a restaurant just beside the hotel.

worth your money staying in the hotel.
First night air was down and need to change room. lucky to move just next door. Other wise the stay is fine.
