« It's okay Frank was very helpful and I thank him personally »

« My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she...

« Clean room, staff awesome and business-friendly. »

« Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe. »

« Clean room »

« It's a gorgeous place, the pool is a great addition and refreshing. The breakfast was served hot and on schedule. The housekeeping is lacking, bathroom fixtures wasn't secured to the walls (usable) and toilet stains. The dining room carpet was infested with ants and small insects. Still one of the best places in Kumasi and golfer friendly- 5 mins to the golf course. »

« I felt safe as a single traveler »

« It wasn’t terrible, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. The staff were attentive and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast was very poor. For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....

« Their water was polluted. As I turned on the water in the morning, at first the color was black with pure grime. Later on it turned brown. The staff failed to fix this problem in a timely fashion and I couldn’t shower the entire day. I ended up checking out to find a different hotel. Momo’s while acknowledging the problem has nonetheless refused to refund my payment. Momo’s staff were also deceptive. First they told me I owed dinner bill from the night I arrived and they would issue a refund...

« Le personnel à été très accueillant même si nous sommes arrivés tard. L'hôtel a été très difficile à trouver. »

« Clean room. Amenities not good. Almost non existent services. Internet extremely poor. Does not operate like a hotel. I cannot blame the staff. It appears staff have not been trained. Not good value for money »
