Beautiful Home

Our family of six adults and our little one year old grandson had a great vacation here. The home is very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again. It’s in a great location! Very close to beach access and not too far from the pier and great restaurants. We loved our stay!

Family Beach Trip!!

This great property is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is nicely laid out for a group over 3 levels, well-stocked kitchen and very clean. We had a wonderful time snd would like to return.

Wedding Getaway

We booked this VRBO for our family to stay in to be a close walk to where we were having our wedding. This place was amazing to stay at and everyone enjoyed their stay!!! The hosts were very easy to communicate with, which eased my nerves as the bride of the wedding. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The wraparound porch was a great spot for morning coffee, and the short walk to the beach made our days in the sun so easy. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was cozy, and having smart TVs throughout the house was a nice touch. iTrip was a fantastic host, providing clear communication and making sure everything was seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very pleasant. We had some of our family in to stay with us and they loved it as well. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Relaxing Vacation

The house was perfect for our party of 12 with plenty of space. The house was stocked nicely and the location was perfect with easy access to the beach which was a plus. Communication with any questions I had to the management was answered promptly. Wonderful memories made and we will visit again.

Great family vacation

The Hamptonion is a short walk from the beach. Plenty of rooms for our extended family of 9. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. The property manager was contacted a couple of times during our stay and the response from them was prompt. Wonderful place!

This beautiful, spacious home is only a block from the beach. Kitchen is well stocked, we had plenty of room for all ten of us. Large front porch to sit out at in the evening and listen to the ocean. Garage had a beach wagon and chairs for us. Close to great restaurants, the Carolina Boardwalk, and Southport Ferry. We had a problem with the freezer drawer not wanting to open for us the first night we got there. We called the property manager, and they sent someone out promptly the next morning!

You Will Love the Layout of the Home!

The large bedrooms were spaced away from each other to give all of us a sense of privacy, if needed. Beautiful sunrises were watched as we sat ,in the rocking chairs, with our hot coffees. Both upper front and back decks were enjoyed throughout the day and the common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us, while still feeling intimate. Would definitely book again!

Bringing in NYE 2023

The Hamptionian is a lovely, spacious home that suited our family quite well for our 4 night stay to ring in the new year with our kids and grandkids. Located in a lovely subdivision just a block walk from the beach access. This home is very clean and beds very comfortable. Check in was perfect with no issues. ITrip staff took the time to communicate gentle reminders and provide quality info about Kure Beach throughout our stay. This area did not disappoint and we are already talking about a summer visit! Fall getaway

The house was very clean. It was beautiful inside and out. I was so happy to see extra blankets for when I got chilly in the evening. The house is stocked with everything you need at first. All the guest were happy with their bedrooms and enjoyed the stay. We had a little one with us and she enjoyed the beach toys in the garage. I loved the shower in the master bathroom. No complaints. My group would book this house again.

Race Weekend

My family and I stayed at The Hamptonian for our race weekend. My dad and I competed in the Ironman 70.3 North Carolina triathlon and decided to stay here so the kids, my mom, my brother, and my husband could spend time at the beach and aquarium. The house was very inviting and so close to the beach. There were so many toys in the garage that the kids could use while at the beach. They loved being close to the aquarium and walked the trails around Fort Fisher. The house was well maintained and we received frequent emails/texts asking if we needed anything for our stay. Oh, and the kids LOVED the pacman console in the game room! :-) We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend at the Hamptonian

Our stay at the Hamptonian was just perfect. We had great weather which allowed us to walk just a short way from the house to the beach every day to watch the sunset , the sunrise and enjoy the waves. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch . We sat and rocked in the chairs, took naps, did yoga and had quiet times in the morning. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for all 6 of us. We were able to fill the large refrigerator with lots food for meals and the well equipped kitchen was large enough for us to cook together with plenty of counter space. We gathered in the spacious living room for games and other activities. There was ample parking and the neighborhood was friendly and beautiful.

Just a few houses from the beach, this home was the ideal location for a quiet family beach trip. There were sand toys, a wagon, and some folding chairs in the garage that were perfect for our days the beach. You can hear the ocean from the house, and the hammock and rocking chairs were great to place to spend some quiet time. The home is spacious enough that our family was able to spread out in the house. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes etc. to cook meals at home. Overall the home met our needs and we would rent this location again. Kure Beach is a beautiful town and we look forward to visiting this home again.

We were able to enjoy our first family vacation to the beach at The Hamptonian and couldn't have been happier with every aspect of the house. Finding a house that would fit the needs of a larger family and a dog was challenging, so not only did the house meet every need, but completely exceeded expectations.On arriving, the kids were completely blown away by how close the house was to the beach, taking only a short walk down the block, but they were able to enjoy their own rooms with their own tv's for the downtime. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the hosts went out of their way to have more food and activity recommendations than we could possibly have time for, but that didn't stop us from enjoying what we could in just a week.Prior to and during the trip, I felt like the hosts gave the perfect amount of interaction, always quick to respond to questions, and open to whatever timetable we had to work with. There was also clear communication with all the expectations both for the house itself and the surrounding neighborhood.Our family is already discussing when we might be able go to the beach again, and staying here will be a no brainer, if it's available.

Tired Hamptonian

The Hamptonian is, as advertised, in a good location across the street from the beach entrance to Kure Dunes. However, the property is dated and requires a renovation. Everything dates from the 1990s as far as I can tell. Things like towel racks were falling apart as we tried to use them. I was also very unhappy with the fact that I specifically asked the owners if guests were allowed to use the community pool and was told no, only to find out other guests in the Kure Dunes were provided with access and a key. The house was filled with inane "Don't do this, Don't do that!" notices which in some cases were offensive to anyone with half a brain. I wouldn't rent here again.
