The oceanfront bedroom has a full bed, and despite being on the first floor, also has wonderful ocean views thanks to the property's elevated placement. There is also a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath, as well as a street facing bedroom with a full bed.

Upstairs you will find a large open concept living area, complete with a giant big screen for movie nights, kitchen, and 2 dining areas. The entirety of the upstairs living area also boasts incredible views of the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, including an oceanside master with a king and private bath, a street-facing master with queen and private bath, and a guest room with 2 full beds and jack and jill access to a shared common bathroom.
