„A great apartment in the city center, just a few steps from restaurants, shops, museums, market and night life. The apartment has separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. The sitting area was very nice and the kitchen well equipped for a long stay, except for the oven. The square downstairs can be a bit loud at night, so be prepared not to go to bed at least till midnight.“

„We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location in La Spezia was absolutely perfect — central, walkable, and a smart choice over staying in Cinque Terre itself. While the villages are gorgeous, they were also extremely crowded. La Spezia had a much more relaxed atmosphere, better shopping, more dining options, and overall a more enjoyable experience. „Die Wohnung von Elvira und Alain ist neu, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man kann auf dem Balkon gut frühstücken oder einen Apéro geniessen. Sie liegt in der Flanier-Fussgängerzone und der Bus oder Bahnhof sind in 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar. Elvira und Alain sind perfekte Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. „The room was not ready when we arrived. We waited an hour and half in the foyer for them to clean the apartment. There was no soap the fridge didn’t work it froze our food. The bedding was dirty the blankets were stained and no clean blankets were available. No kitchen towels. The lady was difficult to deal with and did not respond to our requests. „Statt der angegebenen Hausnummer 78 lag das Haus an der Hausnummer 77, was einen Unterschied von 2 Kilometern ausmacht. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es insgesamt 4 Kilometer an einer Straße entlang ohne Bürgersteig. Für uns hieß das jeden Tag mit dem Auto in die Stadt zu fahren und dort lange nach einem Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) zu suchen. „Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Gibt gute Tipps für alles in der Umgebung. Wenn man den Aufstieg von 130 Treppen zum Apartment ignorieren kann eine perfekte Lage, wir sind ganz schön ins schwitzen gekommen. Mit dem Parken gab es keinerlei Probleme. Der nächte Sand Strand ist in lerici etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Hochsaison sollte man früh los fahren um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit Action und Erholung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. “

"Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber. Leider lautes Rumoren der Klimaanlage sowie eines Kompressors im Innenhof. Tlw sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tlw sind sie überfordert bzw sprechen konsequent gebrochen Englisch obwohl man Italienisch mit ihnen spricht. Für den Preis habe ich insgesamt mehr erwartet. "
