„Estuve un fin de semana maravilloso, la habitación es amplia y la cama cómoda. Hizo frío y eché de menos una mantita, pero la calefacción funcionaba y todo bien. El baño es amplio, y aunque un plato de ducha siempre es más cómodo, la bañera hace su función.
En la parte del patio, aunque está bastante limpio, han dejado que unas palomas se dediquen a hacer sus necesidades, y se nota que no son de un día, eso es lo único que pongo como negativo.
Al personal apenas lo vi, pero tampoco lo busqué ...
„Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean.“
„Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen – mitten in der Natur und dennoch nur etwa eine Stunde von Madrid entfernt. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sehr komfortabel und auch der Wellnessbereich, wenn auch nicht besonders gross, ist geschmackvoll und angenehm.
Leider entsprach der Service nicht ganz dem, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Der Check-in verlief recht träge und im Restaurant fühlte man sich eher abgefertigt als willkommen. Das Personal wirkte insgesamt gestresst ...
„We arrived very late with 2 large dogs, the host was lovely, even though she didn’t speak English we managed to communicate……the parking was down a steep hill so if you have bags to carry along with 2 dogs, dog food, dog bed ect ect it’s wise to drop the bags off at the front first, the food was excellent (we had a burger and potato croquettes and the red wine was lovely too, they allowed us to eat with the dogs next to us as there is a nice stop to the side of the restaurant…..the views were ...
