Gut: Sauberkeit
There are many positives about this property and two negatives. It is a large, clean property with a wonderful view. It is extremely private, and has excellent security. There is security at the two gatehouses, at the tower unit, in the elevator and also at the front door. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition, and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. We didn't bring a car, but the local buses can be flagged down right outside the complex, which is another positive aspect. The Beach Club is superb. The beach is safe for children, and again the whole facility is immaculate. The negatives are that the refrigerator unit needs replacing. We were unable to get ice cubes from the freezer unit, nor ice cold water. The veg. tray is also broken. The other negative, which is beyond the owner's control, is that construction is nearby and can be annoying.
