âthe cottage/lodge was great. But on our day of arrival we already noticed that there hardly came out any water out of the tab. I took a shower in the evening - thank God - as the following morning there was none water at all. To pay 134 US $ a night for not having water is kind of a lotâ

âThis property is an oasis. There was fruit growing everywhere. The differences of plants and trees is like nothing we saw while in Costa Rica. Very memorable and our host was very helpful throughout the whole time we were there. FYI when they say you need 4x4 there are not joking around. We had a rental that had 4x4 and the road still made my stomach drop. Worth it if you can get to it.â

âOverall excellent. Only (minor) problem was that the first night was pretty cold, and there was no heat in the room. The second night the host provided a ceramic electric heater and that made the cabin very cosy. â

âOur stay at Vista Paraiso Lodge for New Year's was amazing. The view is super fantastic especially the sunet and the whole place is beautiful since sunrise, many birds singing.
