The best thing about the property was the staff. I would like to especially highlight Zacharia, who was extremely helpful and forthcoming. Pertaining to the property, the parking garage was extremely tiresome, as usually the ticket wouldn’t work to exit the premises. You had to call the reception, which then buzzed open the gate. At the barrier you had to call the parking operator and negotiate your way out. Staff was very understanding and patient. But for 20EUR a night, a more reliable system should be in place. Other hotels operate with room key, here you had to get a regular parking garage ticket, which then gets validated at the reception. Our particular room had stained carpets and the AC unit would emit a loud buzzing sound randomly around 4 times per day. Given the extreme heat, it was understandable that the unit was working hard to keep the place cool. All in all, the hotel is in a seedy part of town and unless you have to be around the area, I would ‘t recommend staying there. The staff and especially Zacharia made our stay pleasant.
