Welcome to ISLA, a cozy and comfortable San Diego vacation rental designed for relaxing beach getaways, couples, and longer stays. Enjoy a convenient coastal location near the beach, with a private, thoughtfully designed space and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy nearby beach access, perfect for swimming, relaxing, beach walks, and sunset views. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

* Beach chairs: $10/chair

* Pet fee: $100/pet per stay, non-refundable - Excessive pet hair may incur an additional cleaning fee. 🐾

* Fluff & fold service $2.5/pound or nearby laundromat

📌Add-On Requests: Please give us advance notice for add-ons and requested items such as EV charging, beach chairs, and Pack ’n Play etc. We appreciate requests made in the morning so our team can assist you. Requests after 3 PM will be accommodated the following morning.



🔐 Safety & Security

The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras in shared outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the private living space.



Please note: The on-site laundry room is reserved for our cleaning team and is not available to guests.

To enhance your stay, the following options are available upon request and must be approved by the owner before confirmation:



-Early Check-In: $50 per hour (based on availability)

-Late Check-Out: $50 per hour (based on availability)

-Pet Fee: $100 non-refundable per pet, per stay



Please reach out ahead of time so we can confirm availability and provide approval before adding any of these options.



Dog Rules

Our pet policy is strict to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests:



-All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property, no exceptions.

-Please clean up after your pet immediately.

-Pets must not be left unattended inside or outside the unit.

-Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or removal from the property.



For guest safety, the property has outdoor cameras in shared or exterior areas only:

2 at the front gate (pointing to unit entrance & parking lot)

1 near picnic tables (dining area)

2 in the yard (yard & parking lot)

1 at the Marine unit entrance

No cameras inside private living spaces.



Construction Notice: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction next door. You may occasionally hear construction-related noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding as improvements are being made in the area.

You’ll receive the check-in instructions a few hours before your scheduled arrival time.
