She had the nerve to claim that she had no idea that the city was digging up the street right in front AND that they would be digging up the common area right outside the front door to put in new water lines DURING MY STAY!!! The neighborhood was of ramshackle homes, stray dogs and cats, and NOWHERE NEAR BALBOA PARK! She singlehandedly made me rethink ever renting from VRBO again. »

« If I could give negative stars I would. I attempted to check into this property with a car full of kids after driving 5.5 hours and I could not get into the the house. The check in instructions said to enter the code which I did, and the lock appeared to open, but when I pressed in the thumb latch, the door would not open.
