BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Master Suite has a plush King size bed, 65` TV an over sized en-suite custom bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower. Direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2: King Bed, 55` TV. Bedroom 3: (2) Double beds, 55` TV. Living Room- Large very comfortable sectional sofa, 75` TV Loft pull out bed (full), queen air mattress and pack n play for additional sleeping in the bedrooms available upon request.
KITCHEN: Gather all of your family and friends around this custom designed gourmet kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 6 burner gas range, double ovens, and more…
LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. There is a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 75` LG TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. Upstairs loft area includes shuffleboard & Ms Pac Man plus another 65” TV as an additional fun space for guests.
OUTSIDE: The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group, did I mention stackable doors?? The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area with a 65` outdoor TV, fire pit w/seating, built in gas BBQ, putting green, ping pong table and more.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (pods), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee maker, blender, food processor, a variety of tea bags, coffee pods, sugars, half and half, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.
COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)
AMEX Golf Tournament (Stadium Course): From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual PGA golf tournament on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located on the world famous Stadium Course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas. We are located on but are not affiliated with the Stadium Course.
LOCATION: 4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note….
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

The house was great! The pool and hot tub and all very private. Great neighborhood to bike, golf pickleball, hike, really anything you wanna do is close. Also close to great restaurants. Ernie’s in the clubhouse is very close and also very good. We would definitely book again.

Amazing Home in PGA West!!
Stunning views, beautiful home, lots of amenities, host was very communicative and helpful... would stay her again and again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in the Palm Springs area.... especially if you're a golfer!! (Or just love an amazing home, or incredible view, or pool and hot tub, or ping pong, or shuffleboard, or Ms. Pac Man, lol....)
