Our house operates under the homeshare short term rental permit here in the city of La Quinta. The homeshare short-term vacation rental permit is a type of permit whereby the owner hosts visitors in the owner's house for lengths of stay less that thirty days while the owner lives on-site and in the dwelling throughout the visiting occupant's stay.

The yard is also equipped with a gorgeous outdoor fireplace feature, multiple lounging areas, an outdoor kitchen with large barbecue and tranquil scenery that blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural beauty.

Inside, the oversized living room offers views, high ceilings, custom lighting, and an entire home integrated entertainment system with iPads and speakers in each room, including the outside patio, and pool areas. The living room features a large screen television and is located adjacent to the kitchen providing multiple comfortable seating area options. The Dining Area is in an alcove surrounded by Majestic Desert Views. You will love with the beautifully crafted, Wood & Mirrored Wet Bar with ''Tavern on the Green'' etched on the mirrored back bar.
