The Space:

Welcome to your perfect La Quinta getaway! This inviting desert retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. Designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind, the home features three well-appointed bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a backyard oasis with a sparkling pool and spa.



Bedrooms

Master Suite: Indulge in luxury with a plush king-sized bed, direct pool access, and an en-suite bathroom. The suite also includes a walk-in closet and ample space to relax after a long day of exploring.



Guest Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking or shopping.



Guest Bedroom 2: Ideal for families or groups, this room includes two twin beds and a queen-sized Murphy bed, offering flexibility for various sleeping arrangements.



Bathrooms

The home offers two full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and all the essentials you’ll need for a carefree stay. The en-suite master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a shower-tub combination for ultimate convenience.



The open-concept living room is the heart of the home, designed with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Relax on the plush seating while streaming your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace. The Neighborhood:

Listing is located in La Quinta Cove. Just 6 minutes to Old Town La Quinta (2.4 miles), 12 minutes (4.9 miles) to La Quinta shopping and restaurants, and 1 minute (0.2 mile) to hiking trails. You will find this is the perfect place to escape and unwind!

Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available throughout the Desert.



Other Things to Note:

We are delighted to offer you the ultimate comfort with complimentary spa heating, ensuring a truly indulgent and relaxing experience. To take your swim to the next level, you have the option to enjoy pool heating at an additional cost. Just let us know in advance, and we'll ensure a warm and inviting pool awaits you.



To maintain the pristine condition of our property, we have dedicated pool maintenance scheduled every Tuesday and Friday. Additionally, our landscaping team visits every Wednesday to meticulously care for our grounds. Rest assured, our commitment to creating a visually appealing and inviting environment is a top priority.



Throughout the year, we go the extra mile to maintain lush green grass, ensuring a picturesque setting for your enjoyment. Relax and soak in the tranquility of nature during your stay.



At our property, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. As responsible hosts, we kindly request that you use the pool and spa facilities responsibly and follow the provided guidelines. We want you to have a worry-free and delightful experience.

Pool heating is fully optional at $95 per night with a 7 night minimum. We need a 14 day notice so we can order propane.



Spa Heat:

The hot tub heating is free for up to 1 hour a day of soaking. Additional heating will result in a 75-a-day charge. Please note that the filter pump on the property does not allow for hot tub and pool heating to run simultaneously
