PositivesLots of place servings to support large groupsCheck-in was easyWhen I called asking about HDMI access for main TV people were responsive and got back with us quickly, although with an answer that didn’t help (we couldn’t access the HDMI ports).NegativesMain room needs more fabric in it to cut down on noise. Someone having a normal level conversation in one corner of the main room could be clearly heard in the opposite corner. This made it difficult to have multiple conversations in that room simultaneously. Adding more soft materials in the room would help this.No Facial tissue in the entire unit. For 3,000 a night this is unacceptable. We bought a case of tissues from Costco.Hot tub jets weren’t working right until the pool person fixed the significant flooding on the side of the house. Since we arrived the day after the pool guy was there we assumed they were supposed to be the way they were, until he corrected the issue.Temperature in Oven was wrong which made it difficult to bake. I own the same type appliances and know they work better than the one in the unit.Never was able to get the fireplace to start and stay lit after the first night. Multiple people tried following the instructions in the book, but none were successful.Remote for the TV (in main room) was useless, and since the TV had no other accessible controls, that TV was useless. Again multiple people tried. No Mixer in the kitchenNo Spatula for the Barbeque Grill
