« We loved everything about this place. So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems.
