Guests will have full access to the entire home, including game room and all outdoor spaces. The private pool and hot tub are also fully available for guest use. Please note that pool heating is optional and available upon request for an additional $75 per day to heat the pool.

The only restricted areas in the home are the downstairs supply closet, which is code-protected, and the upstairs supply closet, which is locked and reserved for storage. Everything else in the property is available for guests to enjoy freely.

The home features a large private driveway that can comfortably fit up to 4 cars, making group arrivals and parking very convenient. Guests are welcome to park directly on-site in the driveway. Please note that garage access and street parking are not available.

-No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue

-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 15 guests
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-If you would like the pool heated, there is an additional charge of $75 per day
-A $500 refundable credit card hold or a $35 non‑refundable damage waiver is required before check‑in.
