« This is quiet relaxing property that is very spacious , less then 10 min drive to downtown attractions . Walking distance to neighborhood Panola St cafe which is great spot for breakfast /brunch , also short drive to Mid-Town for other restaurants. Clean house , shower water pressure / hot water is good , wifi and tv apps work smoothly , I would recommend this to anyone visting NOLA !!!!! »

« Had a great time! Owner was helpful to answer any questions. We brought our boat and had a blast on the water. If your looking for seclusion this is not a secluded area but good neighbors around all enjoying water. »

« Wonderfully clean, very charming and comfortable. Rooms are fairly spacious for a small house. Lovely neighborhood. The neighbor (it's a duplex) was super sweet and she moved her car for us so we could park our giant Ford F250 in front of the house. That said: parking is at a premium. You can park in front of the house but if you expect guests they'll have trouble finding a place to park. This house is best for a couple or a family with one or two small children, because the bathroom is tight...

« The townhouse was perfect for us as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from Tulane. It’s more like you are staying in someone’s well-appointed home. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean and well-decorated, and wonderful to be able to sit outside and hang out as well. We loved it and will stay there again.parking just outside the front door was an added benefit and Lori was so responsive and nice when we got to meet her! »

« This cottage was very cozy and a great location to be "home base" while we explored New Orleans. The neighborhood was picture book NOLA, with colorful homes, lots of porches, flowers, and the street car. It's close to universities and the Audoubon Zoo/Park/Aquarium. There were some delicious places to eat within walking distance, easy walking distance (around the block!). The street car was a block away and it was easy to drive to the French Quarter. The host was very helpful and available when...

« This house was very clean and so cute. There were games, toiletries, coffee, snacks, electronic chargers, bikes, and even sound machines in each bedroom. The living room couch and chair were not very comfortable but fine for our short stay. The decorating and lay out were so nice. It was perfect for us to have space to relax while there for a soccer tournament. We did enjoy the house itself. The neighborhood though is run down and not sure we would stay there again due to the neighborhood. »

Host Cathy has thought of everything, from the stocked kitchenette to the bath products and cozy snuggle blankets. Old Mandeville is one of our favorite locations for a relaxing getaway. « I cannot express how unprofessional this owner is!!! I booked this trip the week before coming to New Orleans only to find that my stay was cancelled due to unavailability on their part!!! How something be available, you book it only to be told now that it’s not available I think it was done after I told the owner was a girls trip and then mine was cancelled. Just needed a place to stay not party we are all over 50 and just wanted a nice place to sleep. »
