« Our stay was perfect in every aspect. They've got an excellent chef. Every single time he churns outs his best and sets a better benchmark than his previous one. The Chinese and their signature Kumaoni cuisine were delicious. I usually maintain a diet, but their tasteful dishes made me crave more and had my tummy filled. Gaurav took us for a walk after lunch around the Bungalow, reaching SatTal lake in about 45 minutes. He was very engaging and explained to us all the heritage sites on the way....

« It was really a nice experience specially with family. Kids enjoyed a lot the option of lots of playing activities within the premises. Large space to move within the premises. Good food. Supportive staff. Only issue is approach road to the hotel. »

« Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal. »

« Worst property to stay because no cleaning inside the room. Even we asked three times for amenities and toiletries. Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there. But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t...

The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request.
