« Accomodation was perfect for us as we were travelling with our small dog. Excellent selection of coffee and teas in the room. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal in the hotel, whih was excellent, as was our breakfast the following morning. Lovely town to stay in with plenty of pubs restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay again when in the area. »

« I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid ÂŁ95 and then was expected to pay ÂŁ2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading...

« Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early. »

« When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless.
