Whether you're here for summer lake days, fall foliage drives, or a cozy off-season getaway, this home gives every group the space, comfort, and flexibility to make it their own. Please note that this is a duplex with a unit on the other side of the building.



Step through the front door into the welcoming main level, where a built-in bench and coat hooks greet you before opening up into a bright, open-concept living space. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together naturally — filled with natural light and thoughtfully designed for groups who want to spend real time together.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

Gunstock Mountain is 14 minutes away, Meredith Bay is 18 minutes, and the broader Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront is accessible within 37 minutes. Major routes including I-93 and Route 3 are easily accessible for day trips north to the White Mountains or south toward Concord and Manchester.
