Thank you for your interest in booking this home. In addition to your total that's shown on this platform, we do charge Short Term Insurance based on how many nights you stay. If you are staying over 21 nights, there is an additional fee.

The additional fee is as follows:

Less than 21 nights: no additional amounts due

21 - 41 nights require an additional $50

42-63 nights require an additional $100



This property is pet-friendly. An additional $150 pet fee applies if you plan to bring your pet.



Pet Policy: We now ask guests with pets to use the furniture cover for the couch located in the hall closet and one for the bed (instructions are included on the welcome letter on the kitchen counter).
