« This home was ideal for our family of grandparents, our kids/spouses, and small grandkids. We had a fantastic time visiting the beautiful close-by beach and the pool was perfect. The home is well-stocked and met all our needs - we’ve already booked it again for next year. »

« Check-in was easy! This place was very clean! Also, I didn’t see any bugs ! The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, pots and pans, and utensils. This place is on the marsh so we had a beautiful view. It’s also in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again! »

« Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. »

« We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year! »

« Had a wonderful time. Owners were very attentive and easy to reach with any concerns or questions. Golf cart is a very nice amenity. »

« Location is superb. Pool was nice, we did pay extra to have it heated. It did require constant cleaning from leaves. Home was as listed, however, we checked in to find all trash cans full therefore nowhere to place our trash. Then trash pickup was delayed and no resolution was offered except to store trash in laundry area. Communication with the manager was timely and thorough. »
