This condo has everything you need, from snorkels, to beach bags. Nice little shops and places to eat around it with a nice beach in front. We were extremely pleased with it and would definitely book again. Awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is beautifully updated which is sometimes hard to find in Hawaii! The views are perfect and we spent a lot of time out on the patio. The condo was fully stocked and even had plenty of extra towels and pillows which was a plus! The property grounds are immaculate and we enjoyed taking walks daily!

Great family place

We booked this unit after our initial vrbo canceled on us 9 days before our trip. This is a great find! Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, close to the pool, shuffleboard, and putting green. This unit has everything you need for a worry free stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean condo w/amazing views in a great location!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo at the Papakea resort. The property grounds are a little dated but the condo itself is newly renovated and clean. Located on the 2nd floor (out of 4), beautiful ocean views from the lanai, very spacious and has everything you need and more, including snorkel gear and binoculars to whale watch. There is no restaurant on site but there are several good places to eat within walking distance (Penny’s for breakfast & desserts, tons of food trucks, Fish Market, shave ice, Times Supermarket, etc.). There’s even a convenient back gate entrance to an ABC store. Parking was easy and the staff, friendly. Host was very responsive and flexible with our check in/out time. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again when we return to Maui.

Great location, gorgeous scenery everything we needed to feel like home. Owner Rob and resident Charles so easy to communicate with. Answered any questions and had some great recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Would stay again and again!! The resort concierge was extremely helpful with excursions as well including whale watching your which was amazing and kayak/snorkel tour with Gabriel's Ohana! Absolutely Loved them and would definitely recommend to anyone.

AC was nice

Condo was nice. We ended up buying a larger frying pan at Ross because there wasn’t a very good selection to cook with. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Would stay again!

The only reason I gave this location a 4 out of 5 stars is because there is not much of a swimming spot on the beach. While I thought the shallow and calm waters were great, the boys in our group wanted some waves! Everything else was fantastic (and clean!), I would stay again. Great resort amenities, full use kitchen, comfortable beds, awesome ocean view, several chairs for use to haul to the beach and even a boogie board.

We LOVED our stay at Papakea! The condo was a dream. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, and unexpected surprises like beach toys, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear (although we brought our own). The only issue we had was with the dryer. It works but takes hours to dry. This is a common theme with stackable washer/dryers so no fault of owner, just something to be mindful of. We were just grateful to have a washer/dryer. Also, the A/C was much appreciated, but the breeze with the door open worked just as well. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one was by far our favorite. We will definitely be back. Mahalo to Charles for responding to texts quickly and being such a gracious host.

Thanksgiving week with the family

We arrived Saturday evening and left the next Saturday morning. The condo was amazing. Very clean, had everything we needed plus some. Even had beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. Had beach towels, washer and dryer. Large balcony with at table to seat 6 with a view of the ocean and the swimming pool. We were on the second level which was perfect to see the view. Beach was a few steps away. The property was kept immaculately even the grills by the pool were cleaned daily. Beautiful facility and nice people. Charles was our concierge and answered all our questions promptly by text. Could not have asked for a nicer place. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo. Our family spent Thanksgiving week together and saw nearly all of Maui plus the Maui Jim Invitational Basketball Tournament. We made lasting memories.

Beautiful Condo - Great Ocean Views - Georgeous Common Areas!

This condo has been updated and was very clean and beautiful. The large beds were very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen with high end appliances and utensils. Loved the plastic cups & plates for kids. Washer and dryer were a real plus. The white noise machine was greatly appreciated. One downside is the AC unit is only in the main living area so bedrooms if doors closed, can get toasty. I would highly reccommend this unit and would love to stay there again.

Great place with breathtaking view

Wow, I am surprised, and we all loved the place because it is big enough, very clean with breathtaking beautiful view of beach and swimming pool. This place has everything in it, nice comfortable sofa, beach chair, towels, cups, plates, utensils, everything. Also, it has wine refrigerator, even blender. You are never gonna regret if you rent this place. I definitely come back for this beautiful place when I come back to Maui. My family and friends enjoyed every moment in this place. We had a nice breakfast with beautiful view, I can’t thank enough to Charles. Charles was checking with us constantly since we landed from airplane. We did not have any problem at all, great moments of my vacation. 5 stars for everything. Thank you Charles

Overall, loved the place and location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen nicely appointed with all cooking utensils needed. Only gripe is the AC unit is only in the main living area so bedrooms, if doors closed can get toasty.

Great Condo in Ka'anapali

Charles was such a great host, and the place was recently remodeled with updated floors, furniture, batbrooms, and finishings throughout. It was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. We had a beautiful ocean view and easy access to the Lanai pool and the water. We loved eating on the lanai. The resort is family friendly. It was exactly like the pictures, and we had plenty of room for 5. It is in a great location as well. We really appreciated the extra pillows and bedding. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location and relaxing stay

Location was great. Condo was well laid out for a family of 3 and a family of 4. 2 kids on the pull out and 1 on the futon. These and the large beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer were great. Loved the location for nearby grocery and restaurants. In all seriousness, the food to order at the ABC gas station was great. Hit that up when in a hurry to the nearby excursions. I do wish there was air conditioning in all the rooms but sleeping with the sliding doors open at night (large screen door closed) and open windows in the bedrooms allows for a decent breeze to move through. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Received a couple messages from the host just checking on us from time to time. Much appreciated!

Everything was fantastic in this condo. My family and I had an amazing time here. The condo was immaculate. Everything as described in the pictures. The resort was well maintained and so close to shopping center and restaurants. We'll definitely reconsider staying here next time! Also the owner was very kind to send us a greeting message at our arrival and departure.

Beautiful condo and perfect location!

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for a week and it did not disappoint. The condo itself was very clean and upscale and not to mention the beautiful ocean view! Another huge plus is that it is close to shops and restaurants. Cannot recommend this vacation rental enough!
