« Nice property. Superb location. We walked to the square/ Walmart Museum, dinner Onyx etc. BE ALERT, though. THIS IS A CONCEPT HOTEL. Our bed was a murphy bed from the wall. The room was small– no issue– but obviously the mattress is different and there is no space on one side. Two small "wet" compartments: one WC, the other shower. Imagine closets. Not for everyone, but maybe for longer stay folks working with Walmart. Super cool, but not the most comfortable. »

I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall.
