Our family had a great time, the house was full of fun games and my daughter and I had a great time playing on the Xbox. The pool down the street is very close and easy to get too. This was our tenth year doing this and I have to say this house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed at, and had basically everything we needed. « The house was perfect for our party of 13 - it was big enough for us to be together and yet had lots of space for us to have privacy when we needed it. We appreciated the labels on everything from remotes and light switches to drawers in the kitchen. Ricky was also a great host, very responsive, flexible - and very warm and kind. « The house is charming and quite comfortable. We were happy to see that there is a designated fenced run for our dog. This was a pleasant surprise and made it so much easier for the dog to go out and in off the deck. The air conditioning kept the first floor very cool and comfortable, and the ceiling fan and floor fans helped to spread the cool air to the upstairs bedrooms. « Our family stayed at the wonderful property for 4 nights the beginning of July. We found the house very clean at check in. This house is big with 5 bedrooms, a screened in porch, large decks and a play area and bar in the lower level.The setting is beautiful on wooded lot.
