I was so excited for our trip! The biggest selling point for me was the hot tub, we couldn’t wait to use it! However, when we got there the hot tub did not work at all. We contacted the property manager, they said they were coming the next morning between 9-10 am. We waited around all morning no one showed up so we got started with our day and left. We got back to the house around 1130ish and someone was there to look at it. After some attempts at messing with the breaker they decided they needed an electrician to come out, he did come out very quickly however it was determined that the hot tub was not able to be used. I understand it was a minor inconvenience but there were many other houses we could’ve stayed at for a lot cheaper without a hot tub. We also discovered a large spiders nest of one of the couches along with dead spiders on the floor next to it. They offered to give me a discount, however I have not received any type of refund, nor have I been able to get in touch with the property manager. Very disappointing.
