Summary:

Artful, yet livable. Curated, yet kid-friendly. These opposites collide in a home unlike any others in Arrowhead. If you saw the "Before" photos, you'd hardly believe it's the same house. Katie Staples of @halfway_wholeistic transformed every inch of this space into a masterpiece. The earthy neutrals and natural textures are a perfect complement to the mountain setting. You'll have a hard time picking your favorite room, since every finish, fixture and piece of furniture feels designer quality.



The Space:

On the main level, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and dedicated full bathroom. Upstairs, there's a guestroom with a king bed, and a bunk room with two sets of full-size bunk beds. These two rooms share a bathroom at the top of the stairs. Each room is spacious enough for an air mattress or pack 'n play, which we provide.



For little ones in the pack 'n play, you’ll marvel at the black-out "Slumberpod" which allows them to sleep peacefully while you have bright lights in the room on! We're excited for your kids to enjoy the toys we have on hand, such as cars, trains, Magnatiles, etc.



The living room is where all will congregate, whether it’s watching a movie, enjoying a warm fire, or playing a game. With the open concept main level, guests will love that no one is in a separate room while cooking, dining, or relaxing on the couch.



Evenings are truly special when spent outside on the deck. The hot tub is steps from the door and the firepit with comfy seating feels nestled in the trees.



Guest Access:

**Lake Access: All our guests are welcome to use our lake passes for accessing the lake trails! We have recommendations on the best places to swim or relax on the sand.**



The Neighborhood:

We're 2 minutes from Blue Jay Village (aka grocery store, restaurants, drug store, and a Starbucks), 5 minutes from the Lake Arrowhead Village (more restaurants, shops and grocery store).

We have the KINDEST neighbors and ask that all our guests respect quiet hours (10pm-8am).

This property is on an access road up a steep driveway, which can be tricky. During the wintery/snowy months, we will have someone come and plow the driveway prior to your stay.



Getting Around:

In the warm months, get out on the lake with our friends at Mackenzie Ski School. Enjoy walking around the Lake Arrowhead Village, where kids feed ducks and run around on the grass of waterfront park. Sky Park at Santa's Village is always a hit year-round with fun outdoor activities for all ages. Take a picnic to MacKay Park overlooking the lake, or enjoy the beauty of Dogwood trails. Half-day visits to Lake Gregory or Green Valley Lake are also highly recommended.

In winter months, come up for snow sports! We're exactly a half hour drive to Snow Valley Ski Resort, 20 minutes to the Snowdrift tubing park, and 5 minutes to a great sledding area.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
