Emerald Point Retreat is a rare gem. This massive home sits above the water in Emerald Bay, with stairs leading directly down to the dock! Large families will find there's enough space for everyone, with 4 levels of exquisite spaces. The newly renovated home was artfully designed down to every detail. Soaring ceilings, dual living rooms, a chef's kitchen, and views from every deck will make this a getaway unlike any other.



The Space:

When you step through the front door, you'll be wowed by the soaring ceilings and lake views! On this main level you'll enjoy the massive dining table, a breakfast table, the chef's kitchen, and the beautiful fireplace. Also on the main level is a primary suite with a king bed and walk-in shower.

Up the stairs from the living room you'll find a cozy landing, with a sectional perfect for reading in natural sunlight. Two guest suites, with king beds, that mirror each other on either side of the shared bathroom.

Taking the stairs down from the main level you'll find an inviting den complete with pool table, entertainers bar, powder bathroom and huge tv. Walk through the full bathroom behind the bar to find another guest room with a king bed. Tucked into the bathroom on this level you'll find the first of two washer and dryer sets.

Down one more set of stairs you'll find a huge bunk room that boasts two sets of full over full bunk beds, and one set of twin over twin bunk beds. Also on this level is the second set of washer and dryer units.



With 3 huge decks AND a dock, you'll have a hard time deciding where to hang out under the trees in the mountain air!



Guest Access:

We welcome you to enjoy our dock!! It's great for jumping off for a swim, launching your floaties, or hanging out in the sun.



Other Things to Note:

This property has a lot of stairs and is not well suited for people with limited mobility. Please ask us for more information if you have questions or concerns.



Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
