Average to a little below average hotel. Just dated. Had no problems. Good for one or two nights at the most. Can't walk to downtown from this hotel.

Only stayed for one night here and I really enjoyed it. This motel is very quiet, could hear cars passing by at night but no big deal. I will most likely come back sometime.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the non carpeted flooring. Amenities in the room included fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Great value!

Have stayed here multiple times and it’s always been great. Warm weather time is the best with the pool and fire pit. Great times having a drink and conversations around the fire. Great ownership

Exceptional Vale and Overall Experience
What an amazing experience! This hotel exceeded my expectations on friendliness, even at late check-in, and cleanliness. The ample counter space was so helpful. The comfotrable bed and clean bathtub helped me rest wonderfully. Would highly recommend to anyone needing lodging in this area for exceptional vale.

It was a very nice place. The only issue was the room seemed damp. It was a warm day in October (85 degrees). Wonderful bed (king).

It is a very nice motel. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice. The room is very comfortable though the mattress may be ready for an upgrade. I do notice more noise as the room is street level. Have not heard anything from the rooms around or above me.

Never checked in. Solo traveler felt unsafe just from appearance. Nothing like website. Used Trivago to find best rate. Hotels.com unable to help with refund. Geneva Wells Motel made a $260.00 profit on my unused room. Would NOT recommend this lodging to anyone.

It's literally a Motel
For the money I wish we would've stayed at a hotel closer to town. Geneva Wells Motel is just that ... no nice lobby, no one available to answer questions, not many TV channels - we wanted to watch part of a MLB game - no complimentary breakfast .... it was just ok.

This was the only place that had a one night mom that we could find . It’s clean and well maintained. My room had the faint smell that someone smoke there in the past . It’s good enough if you can’t find another place to stay but it’s on the basic side .

Property and Room were in great shape. TV choices were extensive, but was not there to stay in and watch the idiot box. Older property that has been refurbished. Plush towels and wash clothes, comfortable king-sized bed, relaxing chase lounger. The shower however, needs updating, the dials are old and do not show hotor cold direction. Water wad either scalding hot or freezing cold. Took 15 minutes in shower before a happy lukewarm temperature was finally found.

We have stay there numerous times before and this time it was awesome. They must have new owners, cause the place/room was definitely upgraded. Very nice.
