« The perfect stay and host as I made my way down driving from Syd to Melb. Narelle was so responsive and prepared free breakfast according to my dietary requirements (halal) without me asking. I ended up staying another night as the comfort and warmth of the home, animals and nature was too beautiful to resist. It’s beautiful to see the mutual care and connection between Narelle and the rescued animals. Thanks so much »

« I would say place is very average in terms of standard, good few key issues such as squeaky floor, loose bed frames which may impact your sleep - impacted us. Front and back yard needs lots of clean up, didn't impact us. Other issues such as fan, tissues, gas burner, power trip all were actively sorted by host. My Rating for host is high. He is very responsive and available to sort what is possible he could, helpful for any information »

« Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. »

« Hi Laurence,The house is really lovely, but as it was so hot in Canberra the day we stayed, 36 the house has a big problem with the bedrooms.Two of the bedrooms in the house don't have air con and were very, very hot, and because the rooms don't have fly screens on windows, you couldn't have them wide open to cool the room down. One of our children have big reactions to mosquito bites so had to have the window closed, so consequently they had a very bad sleep as it was so hot in the room even...

« The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance. »
